I ordered this ring originally more due to the design as I’ve a smart watch, but thought I’d give it a go. Unfortunately it was too big, after trying to contact to exchange, thankfully this happened and organised for smaller size. I must say it’s fab, although it says waterproof I do remove to wash etc. it’s a beautiful ring, did I already say that! Great to monitor heartbeat, BP. Sleep etc, I’ve compared results with smartwatch so it works!! Looks like an expensive piece of jewellery - chunky enough for me. Would recommend

Great ring!

I bought this ring and it has become an integral part of my life. I had a smartwatch before, but it was too big and it bothered me at night. So I had to turn it off and take it off at night. Your ring is absolutely great. It doesn't get in the way, so I can wear it 24 hours a day and keep track of not only my heart rate and blood pressure, but also my sleep.
I am very happy with the design and the battery life.

How to recharge charger ???

No instructions how to recharge the charger which has 2 small sockets on side but no compatible plug !!!

The part you’re referring to in the image is actually where you can attach a small lanyard.

Really like my new ring

I've had my ring for a few weeks now and I really like it. The ring itself is very pretty and I love the design on it. It looks like a piece of jewelry instead of the bulkier watch style trackers I've had in the past.

My ring is a tiny bit big, but I added a silicone ring adjuster and it fits perfectly now and gets a good connection without fear of it falling off. The ring is comfortable to wear and I have worn it in the pool, a water park, and amusement park with no issues. The app is easy to navigate and is fairly straightforward and so far tracks my sleep and steps well. It has a really good battery life (5-7 days for me so far) and charging is super easy and quick with the case.

A note on shipping: It took about 3 weeks for my ring to arrive from the time I placed the order, overseas shipping, and local delivery to the US. I was easily able to track my order and Airguard customer service reached out to me when the local delivery service marked my package undeliverable to resolve the issue.

Note: For the best results, please use a thin, non-stretchy material, such as a piece of regular sewing thread or a thin strip of paper, as these closely mimic the fit of a ring. Thicker materials, like a shoelace, may lead to an inaccurate measurement because they can add extra bulk around your finger.

To find your correct ring size for the Rune, use a simple piece of string to measure your finger. Here’s how you can do it: 

1: Wrap the String: Take a piece of non-stretchy string or a strip of paper and wrap it comfortably around the base of your finger, where the ring will sit. Make sure it’s snug but not too tight.

2: Mark the Spot: Mark where the string overlaps with a pen or marker.

3 : Measure the Length: Lay the string flat and measure the length from the end to the marked point in millimeters using a ruler.

4: Compare to Our Chart: Visit the product page on our website and refer to the US ring size chart. Match your measurement (in millimeters) to the corresponding US ring size listed there.

For the most accurate fit, measure your finger at the end of the day when it’s likely to be at its largest. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort. If you have any trouble finding the chart or determining your size, feel free to share your measurement with us, and we’ll help you match it to the correct ring size!
